World Bicycle Day

03-06-19

On 3rd June i.e. World Bicycle Day CFTI along with Sahachari Foundation distributed bicycles to the underprivileged girl students staying in rural areas of Maharashtra and walking far distance to reach school or college.

In rural areas parents usually stop education of girl child if they have to pay on their education as well as on commute. This percentage of "out of school/college girl students" is high due to the problem of travelling expenses. To bring these girls back to school/college we have decided to do this activity of distributing bicycles round a year.
